Here are some of the exciting events we hold in the Parish every year.

Mariner’s Service

Every year we host a service celebrating the Mariners with refreshments and a sing-along to end. This is a very popular event and well loved by members of the Parish.

Mothering Sunday

Every year a special service is held to celebrate Mothering Sunday, which is a wonderful reminder to be thankful for all the mothers in our lives.

SUMMER

Rushen Flower Festival

The Rushen Flower Festival started when the Island-wide event was cancelled and has become a great success. Community groups from the parish come together to decorate the church with flowers on varying themes. The events are very well attended, with over 400 visitors.

AUTUMN

Harvest Service

Our Harvest Services are always well attended and donations are brought to the Harvest table to give thanks for the abundance of God’s gifts to us. The donations are then given to the Foodbank to help support those in need.

Parish Carol Service

This is a favourite event of many of the members of the Parish. Carols and Lessons by Candlelight in our beautiful Parish church to celebrate the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
