Church Survey

Last Autumn the PCC had an Away Day to not only celebrate the amazing things we are already doing as a Parish, but also to think and pray as to how we move forward. From our discussions it was felt that it would be important to hear from as many people as possible from the four churches. A short survey has been devised to give you the opportunity to offer your thoughts and ideas. The survey is open for everyone to complete (parents you may want to help your child fill in the form). All questions are optional.
